Your team member answered & got the message to you ASAP. You, Alexander, called right away. You scheduled an appointment for the next day. You had the estimate before leaving our property. It was fair & reasonable.
I gave my opinion & the estimate to my husband. He had the other company meet with him. We waited for their estimate to show up by Email, a few days later.
Alexander, you stayed on top of our every question & concern. And your quote came in about $400-$500 less expensive.

Integrity Tree Service did an amazing job on our yard! We had 15 trees we needed to take down in our back yard. I would highly recommend integrity Tree Service. They have done two jobs for me already on the north end and both have been terrific. One entailed a very difficult project of taking down a tree next to 100 year old wall. Lucky to have them in the area.

Very professional and considerate team! They responded quickly with a free quote which was reasonable. During their visit they brought up another rotting tree I didn't notice during the first walk through. The pricing didn't sky rocket for the additional labor either. They left an immaculate worksite when they were done after 2 trees, and some overhanging branches on another tree. I would hire them again in the future.

Alex communicated with me throughout the entire process. When arriving to my residence, each crew member was respectful and hard working. By the end of the day, the large overgrown tree was trimmed and thinned out to perfection and all debris was cleaned up. Would definitely be calling them for all yard needs!

We contracted with Integrity Tree Specialist after reviewing bids from several tree service competitors. Their bid either beat or was equal to everyone else. Integrity Tree Specialist showed up on time, got the work done exactly as requested, went above and beyond in a few cases and did a great job cleaning up not just my yard, but even neighboring yards. I have received numerous estimates for tree removal in my yard for years. So thoroughly impressed with the quote and services of Integrity Tree Specialists. Alexander gave the best quote for removing the enormous oak trees in my front yard. These skilled, young energetic men worked cohesively as a team and had the neighbors watching and enjoying the dropping of trees. My landscape is clean, cleared and beautiful with new topsoil and seeding . I will have them come back again for the backyard. This company came highly recommended.

Alexander and his team did a great job for me and many of my neighbors! They were working down the street from my house and then at at least 5 more houses around my block over the next couple weeks and I have heard all good things about their work. I needed a lot of branched removed from the huge oak trees in my backyard to help preserve them in the event of high winds from hurricanes or northeaster storms. One of the tree was also a very real threat to someday falling on my house. That tree would have been significantly more expense to have removed but Alexander was able to cable and brace it to another tree and reduce the risk. I feel a lot safer now and with all the limbs removed from the 4 oaks the sun can now shine into my yard and the wind can flow without the blowing the trees over and on to my house. He also came back to check on me after giving me an initial bid on the job when he didn't hear back from me. He knew I might try to do some of the limbs myself and was looking out for my safety! He was right. I could have really been hurt and it was not worth it, especially when I observed how he and his brother took down the big limbs. He was also will and able to adjust the scope of the job on the fly when I noticed a few other branched that I wanted down that were not in the original plan at a very fair price. I also liked his ground crew! All local VB guys who were friendly and happy to help me with setting aside some of the wood for my fire pit.

Very professional owner and crew. They did a great job of removing two large Willow Oak trees that were 12 foot away from our house. They showed up on time and we're able to cut the trees down in one day and 2nd day was moving logs and cleaning up after themselves. Guided me through the whole process.

Integrity Tree Specialists removed four large oak trees from my property that were very close to my house. Alexander Shield and his crew handled the job like the true professionals they are. Everything went smoothly and they clean up after each day's work. They are also incredibly nice, hardworking and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
